    First working walking skeleton: USB (adb reverse) capture from an Android phone into a v4l2loopback device on Linux, raw NV21 pipeline, verified end-to-end against real hardware including surviving a cable unplug/replug or app stop/restart mid-stream.

    Status: early, pre-release. Building from source is still the recommended path (see README) -- these binaries are provided for convenience, not as a polished release.

    Assets:

    • uwucam-v0.1.0.apk -- Android app (release-signed; enable "install from unknown sources" to sideload)
    • uwucam-pc-linux-x86_64 -- Linux x86_64 daemon binary (needs v4l2loopback, plain module not -dc, loaded)
